Stigma, lack of awareness, and the absence of accessible screening turn hope into helplessness. I have seen families lose their loved ones not to the disease itself, but to silence, fear, and delay.

What began as emergency relief soon transformed into a lifelong mission:
To build empowered, healthy, and self-reliant rural communities where every woman lives with dignity, health, and opportunity.

It was in these painful realities that heartbreak became my calling. From those front lines of despair, MATUN Women Empowerment and Green Livelihood Foundation was born—not in a boardroom, not in polished offices but in the heart of human suffering and resilience, in the hearts of the people we serve. What started as emergency relief during the pandemic has grown into a movement of hope, dignity, and self-reliance.

At MATUN, we don't just respond to crises; we build futures. Our name carries our promise:

MATUN Cancer Care — Bringing mobile screening vans, awareness campaigns, and early detection to village doorsteps, so no mother or daughter faces this disease alone.
MATUN Sanitation and MATUN Minds — Nurturing healthier bodies and resilient minds through hygiene education, nutrition drives, and mental health support for our youth and families.
MATUN Talent — Lifting bright rural students with scholarships and mentorship, breaking the chains of poverty one dream at a time.
MATUN Relief and MATUN Aqua Fajr — Delivering urgent aid in crises and installing solar-powered clean water systems to ensure safe drinking water in flood-prone areas.
And through Green Livelihoods, we empower women to turn waste into wealth—creating sustainable income from innovative recycling and eco-friendly crafts, blending environmental care with economic independence.

At MATUN, we believe that true transformation cannot come from isolated efforts. It requires a holistic approach—one that touches every aspect of life. Through our initiatives, we are taking awareness and action directly to the last mile:

I speak to you today not just as a Director, but as a son of Bihar. I have seen the tears of a father who cannot afford treatment. I have felt the quiet despair of a young girl forced to leave school. These are not statistics—they are stories that demand action.

And I must say this with complete honesty:
I cannot do this alone.

One person can start a movement—but it takes a community to create a revolution.
